Alice has over 25 years of working in various areas within Human Resources in different industries, from the semiconductor industry to manufacturing, government, transportation to abatement.  With a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco Alice is a dedicated human resources professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supportive work environment.  Her greatest accomplishment was being part of the orientation team in the development of the Department of Homeland Security.  Alice traveled all over the United States conducting onboarding for Homeland Security personnel and then became part of the training team for TSA personnel.  In her free time Alice was a championship paddle member of the Northern California Outrigger Canoe Association participating in competitions throughout the state of California and Hawaii.
