With a strong educational background in both health sciences and construction management, Efrain brings a well-rounded and detail-oriented approach to the demolition and environmental services industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, and further expanded his industry expertise through Construction Management studies at UCLA Extension.
In addition to his academic background, Efrain holds several industry certifications, including NATEC Asbestos Supervisor Training, OSHA 30 California, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
Over the past four years, he has developed hands-on experience across residential and public sector projects, building a strong foundation in abatement and demolition operations at Bayview Services. His responsibilities include tracking project costs and labor production alongside superintendents and field staff, developing and maintaining project schedules, supporting labor and trade compliance efforts, and assisting with the coordination of daily field operations.
Known for his strong work ethic, organizational skills, and collaborative approach, Efrain plays an important role in supporting efficient project execution while maintaining Bayview’s commitment to safety, quality, and client service.
