Project Summary

This project involved the demolition and removal of five (5) multi-zone HVAC units, each weighing approximately 10,000 pounds, located on the rooftop of Building 100. Due to the size and weight of the equipment, a crane was utilized to safely lift and remove the units from the structure. All work was carefully coordinated to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding operations and to maintain safety throughout the process.

At Building 200, demolition included the removal of existing rooftop HVAC units, along with associated components such as equipment curbs, roofing materials, and related mechanical attachments. The scope also encompassed the careful disconnection of electrical and mechanical connections to allow for the seamless future installation of upgraded HVAC systems. Special attention was given to protecting the integrity of the roof during demolition and preparing the area for the placement of the new units.
