Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The modernization side of this project consisted of three existing buildings including Kennedy Hall, Library Building and Frasher Hall. The scope of this modernization included accessibility compliance, new building systems, repurposing of some spaces, new conveying systems and new finishes.  Notable site work included new PE stations, new softball/baseball field, new parking, rehabilitation of existing parking, new main entrance, landscaping, site and perimeter fencing.  Phase 2 and phase 3 of the scope included the demolition of the existing gym building, the auditorium building and Randolph Hall.  We also removed 3 shop buildings and 27 portable classroom buildings.
