Project Summary
A portion of Sweeney Hall is being renovated to accommodate the expansion of The Doctor of Audiology Program (AuD). The renovation area affects four rooms, two restrooms and the corridor. Abatement: Set up neg air containment and regulated work area with 3-Stage D-Con. Removal of 2,500 SF 12″ ACT (6% Friable), 2,500 SF 9″ VCT (2% Non-Friable) and mastics (4% Non-Friable). Demo metal window/door with Lead paint. Scrape lead paint on concrete wall for Lombardo to cut new door in concrete wall. Demo restroom finishes. Other misc clean demo.
