Project Summary
This project began with extensive abatement operations and the safe closure of engineering systems, including elevators, cooling and heating systems, air scrubbers, fume hoods, subsurface tanks, and service lines. Following these pre-demolition activities, Bayview performed the excavation of 30,000 tons of hazardous soil, carefully segregating materials by contaminant type and transporting them to designated waste facilities for proper disposal.
