Project Summary
The scope of this project was to demo the interior and abate hazardous materials of a single-story, 45,000 -square-foot building and get it ready to be renovated and converted to a conference center. All of the structural steel and exterior plaster were coated with lead paint. In addition, the entire roofing field was removed. Bayview and Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition) combined on the project to take the structure back to a cold shell. All work was performed over the SF Bay waters.
