Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The project, an expansion and seismic upgrade to a 140,000-square-foot concrete building, was jointly performed by Bayview Environmental and Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition). It required a coordinated effort to perform asbestos and lead abatement prior to completely gutting the building back to the core. In addition to the removal of all finishes, all of the mechanical systems were removed, as were the interior stairs and open study platforms. A majority of the roof deck was removed to open up the interior of the building.
