Performed by Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition), this project involved a comprehensive interior soft demolition within a laboratory facility, requiring meticulous planning and execution. A critical component of the project was the careful removal of the client’s laboratory cases and specialized equipment prior to the start of demolition to ensure the protection of valuable assets and maintain operational continuity where possible.

In addition to interior demolition, the project included the removal of extensive ceramic flooring throughout the facility. Bayview also performed precise preparation and detailing of the exposed deck surfaces, ensuring a smooth and safe foundation for the subsequent renovation work.
