Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

Bayview managed the removal of 60,000 square feet of pavers, hardscape, and waterproofing across walkways and courtyards situated above an active garage. The project also included interior hard demolition and finish removal within building entries and landings as tenants relocated. Much of the work was performed to prepare existing concrete surfaces for the application of new waterproofing. The project showcased Bayview’s ability to execute technically challenging demolition while carefully coordinating around occupied spaces and minimizing disruption to building operations.
